Order Process Time
When you place and order you will receive an order confirmation via email, we will then process the order within 1 to 3 business days (UK Business days may vary to other countries). Once the order is shipped you will receive another email.
Shipping Fees
All shipping zones are automated within our site, you will be able to see your shipping options and costs at checkout.
International Shipping
If you're ordering from outside the UK then the order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) upon arrival in your country. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the importer of the goods. Kongs Cards LTD is not responsible for these fees.
AS OF THE 29TH OF AUGUST 2025 ALL GOODS TO THE USA WILL HAVE CUSTOM DUTY CHARGES, AS THE DE MINIMIS WILL BE CHANGED FROM $800 TO $0. WE WILL BE PRE-PAYING ALL THESE FEES WITH NO EXTRA COST TO OUR USA CUSTOMERS, SO NOTHING CHANGES FOR OUR USA CUSTOMERS.
Automated Combined Shipping
Our system will automatically combine any orders that are not fulfilled. This means if you place an order with us for a pre-order product, and the next day you realise that you'd like to add additional products to the order, our system will automatically combine the new order with the old one making sure all the ordered products will arrive together! You can then contact us and we will refund any additional shipping fees which you have have to pay on the additional orders.
Please note if you're initial order gets marked as fulfilled / postage label generated the automation will not work and you may have to contact us to see if we're able to manually merge orders together prior to shipping.
If you'd like your orders to be sent separately, please email us at support@kongscards.co.uk or through the live chat, and one of our customer service team members will be able to manually reverse the combined order.
